What we collect

Contact form. When you fill in the form, we receive your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the topic you chose and your message.

Cookies. This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores a small note in your browser's local storage to remember that you closed the cookie notice. That note is never sent to us.

Server logs. The site runs on a hosting provider's infrastructure. For security and operations, the provider may keep technical logs such as IP address and browser details for a limited time.

How we use it

We use contact form details only to reply to your message and to get in touch about the quote or information you requested. We don't add you to marketing lists and we don't sell data to third parties.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and because it is directly related to establishing a contract (Art. 5/2-c).

Retention

We delete your messages within a reasonable time after the purpose of contact has ended.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to info@candemsoft.com.
